A Great History Book of the BCP

The "Commentary on the American Prayer Book" is a great source for the development of the "Book of Common Prayer." (BCP) I always enjoy reading the history or the beginnings of religious and liturgical traditions as well as liturgical literature. This is a great resource for historical information on the BCP.
