These heavy terra-cotta tiles are hand glazed with dramatic crystalline glazes.  Each one is individually painted and glazed for a one-of-a-kind artwork.  With soft rubber feet on the reverse side, they can be used as trivets.  An attached wall hanger on the back  makes it easy to mount them on a wall for both decoration and storage.

The butterfly is symbolic of a person’s soul.  This one is incised on the tile and done in a textured black matte finish.  The background is glazed in a warm yellow-orange with some mottling.

These are truly unique gifts.

Each tile measures six inches wide by six inches tall. With the feet they stand ¾ inches high.
